Who we are
My name is Mateja. My husband Ben and I decided a decade ago to build our home in Vrh, a small village of my childhood. We were also looking for a place for our two horses, and the empty barn on my parent's farm became their home. Our house was filled with children's laughter, barking, and a meowing furry friend. We never regretted creating our home in Vrh. Here, we can rest from the daily hustle and bustle in the silence and the view of the vast forests. We care about what we leave behind for future generations. That's why we want to preserve the countryside and keep our little village alive. In search of ways to live on this land, we decided to invite guests who appreciate nature and want to discover this piece of Slovenia.
